UX Research – UX Design – Project Management – Product Development

I worked for 2 years at Orange which is the second biggest telecom operator in
One of the biggest services in the region was Orange Football Club with more than 400.000 downloads on Android ( http://goo.gl/yVBn6p ). I was called to improve our user attraction and retention within the app. During more than one year and a half, this project allowed me to practice user research (field studies, interviews), create wireframes and deploy in agile mode. As a result, we’ve launched 3 major releases from graphic chart update to new features for better retention and bug fixes.

Conclusion
This solid experience in product development taught me a lot. I practiced UX design in a team of 8 people on a real project with real business and technical constraints. I worked on both Android and iOS platform. And finally, I practiced the full scope of UX design from research and technical brief to wireframe and implementation.
Finally, I’m really proud we’ve been through such achievements like going from V-cycle to Agile helping us deliver continuous design updates.
